Trio of Hires at Frontier Development Capital

FDC have welcomed three new hires to support it's growth after a record 2021

Birmingham-headquartered national debt investor Frontier Development Capital has welcomed a trio of new faces to its team after a record 2021 when it approved almost £100m in deals.

Charlie Robinson joins the growth capital team as investment director from YFM Equity Partners, while Lindsay Bevan joins the fold as property portfolio manager, having previously worked for the likes of Barclays.

Completing the trio is marketing apprentice Hattie Maxfield, who is assisting with the digital marketing function for the business.

The appointments bring more than three decades of cumulative experience across the property, private equity and business investment landscapes.

Chief executive Sue Summers said: "Demand for alternative and flexible debt financing has gathered momentum over the past year as many businesses have looked past pandemic survival-mode toward growth.

"As a result of this renewed energy and confidence, we've been able to further establish ourselves in the market, with a record 2021 to show for it. These results are down to our talented team, who have been committed to supporting businesses and delivering much more than finance on their growth journey.

"Investing further in our people will help us to meet ongoing demand, and with a range of experience and impressive track records, Charlie, Lindsay and Hattie are welcome additions to the team."
